For patients experiencing symptoms consistent with those of CRPS, we offer a comprehensive programme of diagnostic testing and assessment that will allow definitive characterisation of their cause and typology. For patients who have received a diagnosis of CRPS, we provide a range of complementary therapeutic options, designed to address
your current health status and your long-term health goals and enhance your quality of life. These include:
Pharmacological Therapies including oral and intravenous analgaesic medication, non-steroidal anti-inflammatories (NSAIDs) and nerve stabilisers.
Prehabilitation and Rehabilitation designed to improve mobility, strength, and function, while addressing the motor and sensory impairments associated with CRPS.
Psychological Therapies, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, designed to enable coping with the emotional and psychological impact of CRPS.
Interventional and Surgical Therapies, including Spinal Cord Stimulation, nerve blocks and nerve ablation, alongside the cutting-edge surgical techniques of Regenerative Peripheral Nerve Interfaces (RPNI) and Targeted Muscle Reinnervation (TMR), which can help to mitigate nerve pain by rerouting damaged or severed nerves toward healthy muscle tissue. For patients who have failed to respond to all other treatment modalities, we can also offer amputation and reconstruction.
